When sending driver reports, there are 3 ways to add messages:
1) Send a message to a specific driver(s) that will be included on the driver report. From the “driver reports” tab, double click a row to bring up the “Driver Message” box. Anything you type in this box will show up at the bottom of the driver report.
2) Send a message to all drivers that will be included on the driver report. From the “driver reports” tab, select all drivers, then click “Send Emails”. Type your message in the “Add a note to each report” box, then send your email. Anything you type in this box will show up at the top of all the driver reports.
3) Send a message to all drivers that will be included in the body of the email they receive. From the “driver reports” tab, select all drivers, then click “Send Emails”. Type your message in the “Enter content for the body of the email” box, then send your email. Anything you type in this box will show up in the body of the email.
